The consultations will be as easy for you as possible, requiring minimal effort. Green Dorset consultations would normally be conducted in person, at your business/organisation’s location; however you have the option of having all of your Green Dorset consultations over-the-telephone, or via any method of instant electronic communication (msn messenger, yahoo messenger, skype…). ______________________________________________________________________
This is what will happen in your three-step consultation programme:
Consultation 1:
- Informal meeting and chat in your business environment.
- I will ask you a series of questions to ascertain your individual environment needs.
- I will quietly and unobtrusively observe your main business procedures, I may talk to one of two members of staff.
Consultation 2:
I will hand you a report, based on consultation 1. The report will include:
- Waste minimisation recommendations
- Recycling recommendations
- An environmentally responsible approach to your business.
- Charitable recommendations
- A suggested staff memo with cutting edge motivational ideas to circulate: this will be fun as well as informative and ethical. (It will also help to win the ‘hearts and minds’ of the staff, encouraging them to minimise wasteful practises.)
Consultation 3:
- An informal chat where we will discuss the plans to draw up your Green Policy, agree how to progress in training your Green Officer. (Specifically we will talk about the length and format you want the Green policy in, we will talk about the content of the green policy: for example, your commitment to environmental excellence by your membership to Green Dorset).
- You will be given written advice on how to proceed to make your Green Policy the most worthwhile, genuinely ethical investment you have made this year.

This price plan reflects the urgent need to tackle climate change, offering a valuable service that is affordable to all. There 3 installments of the price quoted payable at each step of the consultation.
Small businesses /Organisations: £125.95
Growing businesses /Organisations: £225.95
Premier businesses /Organisationss : £450
